ZOTAC will start CeBIT 2014 by presenting its new series of gaming, the ZBOX series, and the new palm-sized mini-PC's, the ZBOX nano AQ02 series.
The E-series include EI750 and EI730 models. Both the ZOTAC ZBOX E-series gaming mini-PCs incorporate Intel Iris Pro 5200 graphics to deliver an excellent gaming experience in a small form factor The series feature an Intel Core i7 4770R CPU, with 3.2 GHz, quad-core, 6MB L2 cache, and a TurboBoost of up to 3.9 GHz. The ZBOX EI730 series feature an Intel Core i5 4570R CPU, 2.7 GHz, quad-core, 4MB L2 cache, and TurboBoost up to 3.2 GHz.
The ZOTAC ZBOX nano AQ02 series takes advantage of an AMD A8 series APU for a perfect combination of performance and energy-efficiency. It features an AMD A8-5545M APU, 1.7 GHz, quad-core, 4MB L2 cache, with Turbo up to 2.7 GHz, and a AMD Radeon HD 8510G GPU. Also, there are mdoels with preinstalled memory and hard drive: 4GB DDR3 of RAM, and 500GB HDD. The series offer high quality HD video processing, 802.11ac Wi-Fi & Bluetooth 4.0 w/ external WiFi antenna, Gigabit Ethernet and Bundled VESA75/100 mount.
“We’ve always wanted to create a ZBOX that delivers a good gaming experience but couldn’t strike the right balance between size, performance, heat dissipation and energy consumption. Intel’s latest Haswell architecture with quad-cores and Iris Pro 5200 graphics hits that sweet spot we need to fit in a ZBOX chassis,” said Carsten Berger, senior director, ZOTAC International.
