SoundMAGIC HP150 headphones review - It's a kind of Magic

In the past year, I've tried at least 20 over-ear headphones, and only a handful of them were tolerable. It seems I have a very sensitive head, and if the headband exerts too much clamping force, it will always cause a strain on the head. Since I use headphones for at least several hours every day, I not only notice when something is awry, but I can often pin-point what's the problem. After all, it's easy to pinpoint where it hurts.

While SoundMAGIC is not perfect, its certainly a comfortable pair of cans. It has one obvious, which is the ear-cushions not being plushy enough, and the ear-tips still touching the foam in the cup. It's not something painful, or even uncomfortable, but its noticeable, and it becomes one of those things that once you notice, you won't be able to ignore.

With that being said, HP150 feels optimized. The cups are large and isolate surrounding noise nicely. The headband is wide-enough to not cause any strain on the head, and the clamping force is almost perfect; enough to stay on the head even under some serious movement, but not too much to cause harm.

Below you have the Specs table, though in this case I didn't have to do any digging since the packaging provided most of what I needed.
