As Paypal reported earlier this week, Steam has kicked off its autumn 'Exploration' sale, which will discount hundreds of titles until December 2.
Steam's new store-front is chaotic at the moment, since the new recommendation system blends in with the Sales. It seems the Fall-sale doesn't include any flash sales, instead deals lasting between 48 hours and others for 24 hours.
Sale highlights include 50% off for Watch Dogs, which unfortunately, while it works better than it did at launch, still has plenty of issues. The Evil Within with a 66% price-cut, though again, the game is not well optimized on PC yet. Civilization: Beyond Earth is 30% cheaper, but you should look into it only if you are thoroughly entranced by the Civilization franchise.
According to the Steam Store Home page, a total of 5644 games are on sale across the entire store. The Steam exploration Sale starts today, November 26, and lasts up until 10AM Pacific Time (6PM GMT), December 2.
