Harry Potter Actor Daniel Radcliffe is in negotiations to star in BBC's upcoming TV-movie based on Rockstar Games and the Grand Theft Auto series.
The Documentary 'Gamechanger ' has already been confirmed by BBC, and will tell the story of the "greatest british coding success story since Blatchley Park."
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Daniel Radcliffe could play Rockstar co-founder and president Sam Houser. The full-length programme seems to feature Jack Thompson (as suggested by the script), which means the film will most likely focus on the media outrage that followed GTA 3's release. Right now, the role of Jack Thompson has not been cast yet.
Black Mirror director Owen Harris will direct the feature, and the script was written by James Wood who co-created Rev. and worked on the Ambassadors with David Mitchell and Robert Webb.
The 90-minute programme will make its way to BBC initiative to "inspire a new generation with digital technology."
The shooting is scheduled to begin starting 20th April.
