Chinese cooling solution manufacturer Deepcool, today released a small form factor CPU cooler called GABRIEL as part of the company's sub-brand GAMER STORM. GABRIEL's low profile design is designed for for HTPC, Mini ITX and MATX builds.
The SFF cooler for Mini ITX boards, measures in at 120X118X60mm including the 20mm thick fan. GABRIEL consists of a copper base with four soldered copper heatpipes and aluminum fins. The heatsink is nickel plated in order to reduce oxidization and extend the product's lifespan.
GABRIEL is equipped with a high performance 120mm cooling fan with an airflow of 61.93CFM. This slim fan is PWM controlled, running at 900-1800±10%RPM. The fan is deisigned for silent operation, running at a minumum of 18.2dBA. The fan cable is made of PTFE(Poly Tetra Fluoro Ethylene), to withstands high temperature and heavy duty usage.
By use of multiple clips, GABRIEL can support all mainstream Mini ITX built processors including Intel LGA1150/1155/1156 and AMD FM2/FM1/AM3+/AM3/AM2+/AM2.
GABRIEL will be available worldwide from November although availability may differ in different regions. The cooler sells for a suggested retail price of $40.
